Draft — not legally reviewed
Privacy Policy
This document is not final and is not yet binding. Creator365Media has not had it reviewed by a lawyer, and it must be replaced before the network takes money or signs a creator.
If you are being asked to agree to something, ask us for the current version first — [email protected].
This policy will explain what Creator365Media collects, why, how long it is kept, and what rights people have over it. The network records click-level data, so this needs to be specific rather than generic.
What the final version will cover
- What is recorded on every click: IP address, user agent, device, referrer and approximate location — and the lawful basis for it.
- How long click and conversion data is retained, and what is deleted versus anonymised.
- What creators provide during onboarding: contact details, social accounts, audience figures, and payout details.
- Who data is shared with — advertisers, payment providers, tracking and analytics processors — and what each receives.
- GDPR and CCPA positions, including the legal basis for tracking and how to exercise access, correction and deletion rights.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for attribution, and how long an attribution window lasts.
- How a creator or an end user requests deletion, and what the network is obliged to retain for tax and anti-fraud reasons.
- Security measures, and the breach-notification process.
- The contact point for privacy requests, and the supervisory authority people may complain to.
